Each ParrotBay sim is divided into sixteen 4,096 sq/m parcels by default.  The sim will have 4 corner parcels, 8 water frontage parcels, and 4 center parcels.  The pricing reflects the gradient value of each type of parcel directly related to amount of water frontage the parcel faces.
Center plots still have water frontage in the form of lagoons or canals, and these make excellent spots to play about on small boats and jetskis.
When purchasing outside edge, water front plots, it's important to take into account that you will NEVER have to face a new sim being attached to the sim you currently live on meaning you'd lose your horizon view of the SL ocean.  Each sim that we offer will remain autonomous and perfectly private...an island unto itself...and your investment will remain preserved as originally purchased.
